Total of these services is $3885. (Crematory and Church fees vary and are additional outside expenses.) Options: Traditional services with viewing at funeral home but without attendance at crematory. Includes: First-call information and assistance; transfer of deceased from local hospital; Licensed Funeral Director for arrangement conference with family; embalming and care of deceased; cosmetology, dressing and casketing; obtaining, completing and filing of death certificate with local Department of Health / Registrar; obtaining Medical Examiner's authorization and cremation permit; services of Notary Public; notification to Social Security and Veterans Administration when required; supervision of staff and facilities of funeral home for afternoon and evening calling hours and service; furnishing of embossed cloth-covered wooden casket for repose and cremation; service vehicle and Licensed Funeral Director for supervision of transfer to crematory for private cremation.
