Born on April 15th, 1928 in Penuelas P.R. to parents Natividad Feliciano and Benigna Capas. His childhood was in Penuelas P.R. and as a teenager went to live in California. Shortly after that he moved to New York City, where he began his life and met his wife.
Natividad was a mentor since beginning to end. He dearly loved his home in queens, N.Y. and did all the work on his home. He was happiest at home. Being a family man was his number one priority.
Not having much of an education and having to learn everything on his own didn’t stop him from being a salesman to driving trucks, and working in factories. He was wise beyond his education and people of all ages and station in life sought his advice and benefited from his counsel. Making other happy made him happy, and that is when he realized being a pastor as his purpose. Everyone remembers him as a warm witty loving pastor who worshipped God with both his words and his deeds, and who believed in people more than they believed in themselves. He loved spreading the word of God in hospitals and prisons. If it meant helping others there was no limit what he would do.
Funeral service will be available on Friday at 12:00 PM, noon, at Leo F. Kearns funeral home in Richmond Hill, N.Y., followed by his burial at Trinity Church in long Island N.Y. at 2:00 PM.
The Feliciano family would like to give a special thanks to all the staff at N.Y. Presbyterian Hospital, and Leo F. Kearns funeral home that treated all the family with respect and love.
